For confidentiality reasons, please call the office or access your patient portal (Click the Blue “Access Patient Portal” button above) with any questions that relate specifically to your medical care. DO NOT send questions with personal medical information through the “contact us” email page. If you need a token to gain access into the patient portal – you can ask for that here.
If you feel that you are having an emergency, please call the office directly during business hours – Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. For after hours concerns, call the answering service at 269-238-5004 and press 1 when prompted to speak with a live service agent or contact 911.
